Faith-filled Discussion and Study Opportunities

New Adult Study Begins Soon!!!  Did you know?  The 500th Anniversary of the Reformation is October 31st.  What in the world was the Reformation and why was it important to people?  We will be having a 4-session study on the Reformation and how it has impacted (or not impacted) our present lives and theology beginning Sunday, October 29th and continuing thru Sunday, November 19th.  The 4-session study uses a study guide created by the UCC Writers’ Group.  This will be a fun, enlightening, and likely LIVELY discussion!  Don’t miss it.  The study guides cost $4.  Please register for class and make check payable to Rev. Dee. Thanks!  This study will be led by Rev. Dee and will meet in library on Sundays at 12 noon.

FALL CHURCH-WIDE DISCUSSION AND STUDY: FAITH AND IMMIGRATION

Our church has just completed a 6 week immigration study, but will continue the discussion throughout the fall and spring seasons.  We will keep you posted of additional offerings and opportunities.

Justice Cinema

Justice Cinema provides an opportunity for BUCC members, and friends, to gather together to view and discuss social justice themed documentaries. Anti-bullying, environmental issues like fracking and global warming, US hunger and poverty, LGBT equality, and anti-racism have been highlighted. Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities.
